SASSA Takes Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering expert services like new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency explained it can be alarmed with regards to the large number of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie click here and there is no absolutely functional office focused on service the area regularly. The support issue produced for intervention activities a high influx of probable beneficiaries, that makes it tough to the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to enable the servicing of all consumers and maximize entry to Social Assistance companies,” sassa the agency said.
